New update to the JMA KeyPro2.0 app with a refreshed design, improved usability and smarter search filters

JMA has launched a new update of its mobile app KeyPro2.0, the digital companion for the Multicode NXT and Supracode NXT electronic key-cutting families. This new version delivers a smoother, more intuitive user experience, fully tailored to the needs of locksmiths and key-cutting specialists.

The update features a refreshed icon design and an improved interface, along with adjustments that ensure full compatibility with the newly released Supracode NXT machines. Key highlights include a new tool-change alert and significant upgrades to the search filtering system.

Tool-change alert

One of the most notable additions is a new feature that alerts users when a tool change is required. The app automatically detects which cutter and clamp were last used and, depending on the key selected for duplication, informs the user if either tool needs replacing—improving both safety and efficiency during the cutting process.

Smarter and more flexible search filtering

Search filtering has been greatly improved, making it much easier to locate the correct key reference. From now on, you no longer need to include hyphens when entering a reference: the search will display all relevant matches, regardless of format.

Results now also include a new column showing the number of pins for each key—a highly useful detail that helps professionals choose the most suitable cutting option.
