Berna Automatic, the new semi-automatic key duplicator from the Berna range

Its carriage assembly and cutter are electronically activated for key duplication with no intervention required from an operator. It provides a semi-automatic, faster and more precise duplication process.
The Berna range now includes a new semi-automatic machine for cylinder and cruciform keys, thus improving the features available on these devices. The new duplicator offers electronic activation of the carriage assembly and cutter for faster key duplication.
Until now, the Berna range (one of the most popular among our customers) included three key duplicators for cylinder keys, cruciform keys and mortice keys (Berna, Berna Simply and Berna Bit). With this new addition, the features of the range are improved by offering greater productivity.
Faster duplication
Retaining the compact design and high-quality materials of the Berna range, the new Berna Automatic has two nickel-plated clamps with a more agile rotation system. This makes it easier to switch sides and secure keys, gaining precision and speed.
Furthermore, the electronic activation system on the machine allows for semi-automatic duplication by removing the need for an operator to move the carriage assembly manually. This helps to reduce key copying errors, increase speed and boost machine productivity.

This new addition raises the number of Berna machines available to four, enabling an even broader range of key types to be duplicated.
